HHS Issues Guidance on HIPAA and Audio-Only Telehealth

HHS, though the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) , is issuing guidance on how covered entities can use remote communication technologies to provide audio-only telehealth services in a manner that is acceptable to HIPAA.
